For my Wylde Obsession this week, I chose a modern estate in Oakville. You don’t need to step inside this house to realize that it’s going to be absolutely breathtaking inside. The landscaping and architect of this home is stunning. I love this house because I basically love anything I can’t afford. Here is why I am obsessing over this home:

Walk-out Stone Terrace, Salt Water Pool with Waterfall,
3 Car Garage, Elevator….& the list goes on.

Though my favourite parts are:

– The black trim on the windows. It gives the home a lot more character and looks really sharp. I love how most of walls are windows, letting in so much natural light.

–  The bar room is a really cool feature of this house. It’s the perfect spot to entertain and has a cozy country feel to it with the wood panelled ceilings and stone fireplace.

– The gorgeous wine cellar even has a seating area to have a couple glasses or taste test a couple bottles… If I have one to many, I can just take the elevator to my room. This house seriously has it all.

– The backyard. The owners of this home really know how to entertain by the looks of the backyard. The backyard includes a covered seating area with a floor to ceiling drop down window/door, cabana with wet bar, saltwater pool with a waterfall and 2 gas fire bowls. All surrounded by trees for complete privacy.
