–  Great location! In my opinion one of the best streets in Guelph. A fantastic neighbourhood that is walking distance to downtown!

– I love how they combined the old stone cottage with modern architecture. It makes this home so unique.

– The roof top patio is a big plus. I would never have to go to a restaurant patio again cause I would have a nicer one at home with a BBQ & a bar.

– The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining. Bonus: No maintenance!! My fiancé who currently does all the lawn maintenance would be very happy!

– Overall, I love this house because I have never seen anything else like it in Guelph. It reminds me of British Columbia architecture.
