The owners were trying to sell privately for approximately 3 months. They had two offers that didn’t come together. We listed their home at a higher price & they received 4 offers in two days. Even after paying commission, they walked away with more money than they would have selling privately.

It goes to show the difference increased exposure & staging can make.
