Your house must show well both in person and online which means your photographs are very important. 90% of Buyers are looking for houses online and there is a good chance that your photos are going to be their first impression of your home so you need them to catch the Buyers interest and get them to book a viewing. That’s why professional photography is a must!

You might have a beautiful house that is priced very well, but if no one knows about it you are not going to sell! There is not one single aspect of marketing that sells your home, it is a combination of several marketing tools. It is impossible to predict where the Buyer for your home is going to come from, so you need your house to be exposed across several different media to ensure that anyone looking for a house in your price range is exposed to your home.

Now more than ever, Buyers are coming from all over, so it is important that your house is getting Local, Provincial, National, and even International exposure. At the end of the day the more Buyers you get to see your home, the faster it is going to sell, and the more money you are going to get for it.

Lastly, it is very important that you hire the right Listing Realtor to sell your house. Your home is a huge asset and you need to make sure that the person who is handling the sale knows how to price it, prepare it, and market it correctly. House prices are not fixed and they can vary considerably depending on how well the sale is handled. Selecting the wrong Realtor can result in you losing tens of thousands of dollars.
