Carolyns Obsession – $ 195 Million Estate in Florida
For my Wylde Obsession I chose a $195 million dollar located on a barrier island in Manalapan, Florida. So hopefully I win the lottery…twice! Here is why I am obsessing over this 195 Million Estate in Florida:

Price: $195 Million Dollars
- Love all the indoor/outdoor space.
- This home is loaded with tons of character with the beautiful stone/wood work and the intricate ceilings.
- It has breath taking views of the water from all the windows and patios.
- I would never have to worry about running out of wine since there is a wine cellar the size of an apartment.
- There will always be something to do with the tennis court, half basketball court, playground, and a small golf course.
- My biggest decision will be if I want to hangout on the beach or by the pool. If I want to play tennis or golf? I could live with that.
