A seller’s appointment is the best way for us to get to know you, and your property. It’s a chance for us to discuss any questions about our process, assess your situation together, and plan for the future. Whether you’re moving down the street, or across the country: we’ll look after every step of the sale.
The best part is, you can take the first step right now! If you’re looking for a bit more information, that’s no problem.
Here’s what will happen once we set up a seller’s appointment:
There are some easy things that you can do to help move the process along before we even meet. It’s all about preparation, like making a list of the recent upgrades and renovations that have been done so we can properly assess how much your house is worth. Make a note of how old the house’s mechanical items are, like the furnace, roof, and windows. If you want to immediately list your home, we’ll need a key, ID, and a copy of the house survey and utilities.
Our seller’s appointments aren’t long–usually about an hour–but we really learn a lot from them. We’ll take a tour of your home, and compare similar listings in the area that have sold and are currently for sale. Lastly, we’ll discuss pricing and timing, ensuring that we make the most of the current market conditions.
The seller’s appointment doesn’t end there; we’ve really only just begun! Once we’ve seen the house, our team will suggest improvements and fixes that can be done to improve the value and marketability of your home.
Then, the real excitement starts! But first thing’s first: let’s meet for a seller’s appointment.
