Hi there, I’m Brad Wylde. I’ve been a licensed real estate agent since 2012, but really, I’ve been involved in the industry for my entire life. I grew up around real estate and am the third generation of agents in my family. Real estate sparked my interest at a very young age; we moved several times while I was growing up, and I was always involved with the selection of the new house and the choice of finishes.

I attended the Construction Engineering Technologist program at Conestoga College, where I gained the skills and know-how to guide my clients in safe, knowledgeable purchases. With that expertise, a lifetime of real estate insight, and a sincere passion for helping others, I naturally gravitated towards the family business. In this industry, I really feel like what I do adds value. I like to keep busy and I love change; in real estate, you’re always dealing with different people and the industry is constantly evolving, so it’s a perfect fit.

I’m a hard worker, so I like that in real estate you get what you put into it. Closing my first deal was both the biggest challenge and proudest moment in my career so far. Since then, I’ve become a Certified Luxury Home Marketer, Certified Negotiations Expert, and have proudly received the RE/MAX Titan award & RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award.
