What Buyers Need To Know in July 2021
If you’re looking to buy in the Guelph real estate market, the good news is the market is starting to slow down.
57% of the houses in Guelph are still selling to multiple offers. On average, they’re selling for 2.5% above their asking price, which is down dramatically from the 6% that we saw in May.
However, the number of active listings has dropped by 26% from May. For buyers, it means that you don’t have as much selection, but if you do find the right house, you probably won’t have to go into a crazy bidding war to get it.
