We moved from Ottawa to Guelph to the Village By the Arboretum (VBA). It was a year long process and Brad was excellent at listening to what mattered to us and helping us evolve to finding our home. At each step, Brad provided us with knowledge, expertise, and prompt answers to our many questions. By the time we bought and moved we had developed a strong relationship and trust. We so valued his expertise and knowledge, we actually bought our home without making the trip from Ottawa to see it. Brad provides an excellent bridge to the VBA for those of us who are selling longtime family homes and looking to enter the VBA community.
