Initially, our house was listed on the market with another real estate agency. After two and a half months of having the house on the market and having not gained any traction, we decided to cancel the listing and choose the GoWylde team, which turned out the best decision we could’ve made.

Mary, Brad and their team did a fantastic job of selling my home. This is the third house they have sold for me.

I meet with them, reviewed the proposed listing, they set up everything, staged my house, showed the house and sold it within 3 days the first and second time.

the third time I was greedy and made them overprice the house and with the downed market i made a big mistake. We repriced it properly and it sold within two weeks.

Highly recommend. Absolute best experience working with Brad Wylde. From our first phone call he made us feel confident in every decision we were making by being fully transparent, supportive, clear, and truely caring for what our intentions were.

We were looking for the place to raise our children and had a timeframe of two years. As much as luck plays a role, somehow Brad turned our two year timeline into two months. All by our choice, we fell in love with a home, he walked us through every step, negotiated every detail to get us exactly what we were comfortable with.

Then to layer on he brought his team member Trish Lewis who was the expert in the area we were selling and between them in a buyers market sold our house in less then six days meeting all our terms.
