The best thing that happened to my wife Liliana & I when checking for a reliable, aggressive and knowledgeable real estate company was to be told about Brad Wylde and his team. These people are amazing I don’t think another real estate company could come close.

Brad with the help of his Mother and the rest of the team arranged everything from staging to storage to advising me as to minor touch ups. Within 3 days Brad and his mother had secured 3 offers the one that we accepted was for $45k over asking. How is that possible in today’s market, well it is possible if you secure Brad as your real estate company.

The whole team was excellent end to end. When we decided to list with GoWylde, we agreed on a plan for some light renos, staging and a pricing strategy. The team provided us with leads on contractors, did all of the heavy lifting for the staging (literally), and after 6 days on the market we had 8 offers and sold well over asking. The effort was led by our agent Greig, but everyone involved was amazing to deal with. Thanks Greig, Brad, Lorianne and Rune.

Brad and the GoWylde Team were great to work with from start to finish. We met with Brad on the recommendation of our neighbour, whose house he sold quickly this past summer for a great price. We found him and his team to be very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional.

Brad came prepared to our first meeting with a thorough analysis our property’s prospects and after discussing our goals with us, clearly explained his plan. And after having their full and efficient support with planning, decluttering, moving, storage, contacts for repairs, full staging and marketing that made our place look great, the house sold quickly and very close to asking, which we were very happy with.

All in all everything went to his plan and the house was sold firm in less than a month from our first meeting. We highly recommend working with Brad and his amazing GoWylde team. They, especially Lorianne and Rune, did a great job and were a pleasure to work with.

There is nothing but a 5 star review for the GoWylde Team! But if there was a higher score available, I’d be giving it to what I refer as, the GoWylde Family. Sure this company has family ties with one another working there…but they gave us the feeling that they were working for our family.

“We listed in July and our house needed some minor repairs and painting. The GoWylde Team was able to set up a stager and services for us. Everyone was very professional and took great care of our home. At the end, it looked amazing, and they were able to successfully sell our house.

When we were first meeting with Brad and Mary, Mary had a great idea. I have two girls and packing the toys was always a difficult part of it. How do we do this and maintain a house? Mary had the great idea of having a box for them and they could decorate and they could have a lot of their toys that they use around the house in the box and it made them more of a family-friendly approach to the whole thing in including our girls as well.

As stressful as it is to sell a house, especially to look for a house, we used GoWylde on both ends. I was very happy with the whole process. They were always accessible to us as well via emails. It seems like their name is everywhere in Guelph. When I needed Brad and Mary for a question, they were always available and seemed like we were the only clients, because they would respond to us very quickly, which would ease us in all this stressful time of selling and also purchasing a home at the same time.

I know a lot of the girls at the desk would call us and book into us and even their phone calls to me to book in a showing, they were very personal and checking on how I was doing an how the girls were doing as well, and I don’t know of any other team that would actually reach out and do that for you.

“I’m Tammy. I was introduced to Lynn from the GoWylde team. I was online researching to buy a house. I was actually looking for a private sale and it fell through. I clicked on Lynn’s name looking for houses and just asked her a bunch of questions. Then she asked me if I was interested in a condo and sent me some floor plans and that was a Sunday evening By Tuesday, I purchased a brand new build. Lynn was very good at her job. She kept me very informed, was always in contact with any questions I had, she answered very quickly and was very responsive. I was living with my parents so I didn’t have to sell and it was very quick. She kept in contact with me right up until the close of my condo and I was living in it for three months. I would use her again if I were going to buy and sell. She was always very responsive. She never hesitated to email when I needed an answer quickly. She was very happy and knew what she was doing. It was just a very easy process. This was my second home that I owned. The first one I purchased 20 years earlier and Lynn made it very easy and painless.”

– “My name is Donna, this is my husband John. We were introduced to the Go Wylde team by our daughter and son-in-law and then we called Mary and Brad to our house and interviewed them and we liked them right away.

– They were personable, they had a business model that I thought was going to work for us. It was a little bit different, I think, than many realtors. They had people with very specific jobs to do and many of the realtors are up by themselves I think they’ve got way too much to do. I like the fact that everybody had a job, a specific thing to do and that showed up during our entire process.

– First, we met Lynn, and Lynn was the person who took us all around to all of our houses.

– That was her job, she was to find us a house.

– And she was excellent. And I was feeling sort of guilty that we were calling and going to so many houses and this didn’t fit, this didn’t fit, and she said, that’s my job, that’s my job, that’s what I do.

– And Mary and Brad got involved with sitting down and establishing a price point and a marketing strategy, where they were going to market, who they were going to market, and that was set up for us.

– And they had put a sign up, coming soon, which was sort of nice, so everybody knew that our house was going for sale. Then they had the stagers come in and transformed our house. They made it look absolutely gorgeous. So we didn’t want to move .

– They did a lot of things well. I am big on communication and I really get annoyed with anybody I’m doing business with, if I don’t get a call back or an email and I’m supposed to be getting that. And I can’t think of one instance where we didn’t hear back from Brad or Mary almost instantaneously, either with a phone call, or a quite often an email. We had a quick question, and before I finished typing, there’s the answer right there. And that was literally a hundred percent of the time. So that said to me, they’re looking out for our interests. I don’t have to hound them for something. So that was a big thing for me.

– One thing that I really liked was how many office staff they had. Both Mary and Brad told us the reason they had all this staff was because it was their responsibility to get a house ready, to sell a house and you could see that that’s what they did, they sold the houses and everybody else did all of their jobs, paperwork and just everything that needed to be done so Mary and Brad didn’t have to do that.

– It seems like a very well-oiled machine. Everybody’s got their part and maybe we were just lucky, but it worked really, really well for us.”

“How I came to know about the GoWylde Team, was really a happy accident. My husband and I were relocating to Guelph, and we did what a lot of people do, which is starting to look for properties on the Realty website. One of the properties we were interested in, was a GoWylde property and I sent a message through the online service and within three minutes, Trish and the GoWylde Team called me back.

She set up my online profile right away but meeting in person was like, we had known each other for a long time. She already knew my preferences on the realtor site and we started to see properties together. Very friendly, warm, approachable, high energy and best of all she learned what I wanted, even before I knew what I wanted. It made for a very productive few days of looking at properties.

I was a little bit nervous because of course, you want to find that right place. I suggested some properties for us to look at and Trish added her own into the mix as we went along. So the first night was kind of, very busy looking at properties I thought I wanted to see. Then the next night was looking at properties that Trish thought I should look at. And that was actually one of the houses we ended up making an offer on, was the one that Trish suggested based on her knowledge of me, as a client, and her interacting with me as I was viewing these properties.

The property had only been on the market for less than a day, and there was an open house that was happening the next day. So we knew we had to make an offer quickly. Trish put the offer together with me in one city and my husband in another province and it was presented to the sellers within minutes. We had an offer accepted before their cut off the next day and it was just that easy. Within 12 hours we owned the house.

I would highly recommend Trish and anyone at the GoWylde Team because first of all, they are a team. I interacted with a number of players throughout the process. On the admin side, the social media team, the website, as well as administrators to put together the offer and they really do work together. It was cohesive. I felt that I was cared for.

Although I was a new customer and had no experience with the GoWylde Team, I instantly knew that my business was valued and that any part of the interaction, if I had questions or concerns, I could go to Trish and she was there within minutes. Working in a referral business myself. I know that immediate customer, responsiveness is so critical to, buyers comfort and seller’s comfort that I would 100% recommend GoWylde, Realty, and the entire team”

“We knew about the GoWylde Team just from living in Guelph for ten years. Their signs are everywhere.

– We certainly felt right from the beginning from the very first meeting that we were in good hands and that he had a really good handle on, not only the market in Guelph but just even our neighborhood, right? Like he really was well prepared.

We didn’t want to price ourselves out of the market and we didn’t want to undervalue our home either. And we felt really confident that he was going to handle that really well and we felt like we were in really good hands throughout the whole process.

– The ease of the whole process with the Wylde team was amazing.

– Yeah.

– Everything from the initial setup of the listing, having professional photographers come in and shoot our house, which was a nice surprise.

– Mm-hmm.

– Like I said earlier the level of knowledge and expertise that Brad and Mary have.

– Yeah.

– Were really superior compared to others that we had met and just everything being streamlined to the point where if someone wanted to look at our house, it was an online request and we would accept or deny that request online and it just made everything easy. We didn’t have to immediately call somebody or talk to somebody on the phone. It was very, very straightforward.

– And we also feel that they won’t just use the typical cookie-cutter sales technique to sell your home which was really impressive to us is because they gear your house towards the correct demographic and towards the correct market. So you’re not just advertising your home across the board and then you have people looking at your home that are not you know looking at your price range or your kind of like your lifestyle or that kind of caliber of house so they really gear the marketing towards the correct demographic and I feel like that really helped.

– Definitely.

– Yeah, we felt really confident that they will sell our home and they did!”
